Duck Foie Gras and Preserves

We offer you superb artisanal preserves from Atelier d'Amélie, whose premises are located in the heart of the Gers region!

L'Atelier d'Amélie passionately concocts quality products that are simple and authentic; with no preservatives or food additives. It selects only Label Rouge ducks, meeting rigorous specifications (ducks aged 102 days minimum and fattened on whole grain corn). Because product traceability is paramount, they work in collaboration with a farm located in the heart of the Gers and operating self-sufficiently (growing corn, making feed, rearing, fattening and slaughtering).
