Description

Le Domaine Pérol a été fondé sous l'Empire, le domaine est entré dans la famille Pérol un siècle plus tard, en 1912. Il est implanté dans le hameau de la Colletière situé face au village médiéval de Châtillon dAzergues. Les vendanges sont effectuées à la main, ceci permettant une cueillette sélective. Les vignes du Domaine Perol sont cultivées en agriculture biologique depuis 2005 pour le plus grand respect du terroir et des traditions. Les vins du domaine nous ont enthousiasmés par leur fruit éclatant et leur précision. Un très joli travail.
