The Cuvée Paul from domaine des Homs is a red-fruit-dominated Minervois that can be enjoyed decanted in its second year. You can also forget it in your cellar and enjoy it for a few years. Made from Syrah and a little Grenache, this organic wine develops notes of black fruit and spices, with good concentration and freshness. Great value for money!

Abracadabra rouge du Chemin des rêves opens with notes of licorice, sweet spices and ripe fruit. After aeration, we discover intense floral notes (iris), crossed with pepper and black cherry. The palate is fleshy and fresh, with well-coated tannins and good consistency. Persistent retro-olfaction of prune. Excellent value for money

The Bonne Pioche cuvée from domaine Clavel is a superb Pic-Saint-Loup with a purplish color. The nose of this organic wine features notes of peony, violet and garrigue. The palate unfolds with notes of ripe black fruit, spices and licorice. The finish is fresh, gourmand and elegant.

The Tour de Pierre cuvée is an intense organic red wine, opening with notes of olive, licorice and spice that evolve into nuances of red fruit and redcurrant. The palate is well-balanced, full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure, where the spice and licorice notes felt on the nose can be found again.

The Cuvée Des Clous du Mas Calvel is the estate's grand cuvée. The nose of this organic Pic-Saint-Loup is charming; it develops on notes of cherry, black pepper, licorice. The palate is velvety, resting on silky but present tannins. Magnificent long, greedy finish.

Les Grenadières du Mas Bruguière is a Syrah-dominant vin de garde. Made from old vines, this organic Pic-Saint-Loup wine has an intense, complex nose that develops notes of very ripe black fruit, licorice and pepper.
