Domaine Bordaxuria - Irouléguy - white 2022

This Château Haut-Montplaisir is a lovely Cahors, a generous and complex red wine. Black as it should be for a pure Malbec, this wine impresses above all with its presence and aromatic richness: noble plant essences such as laurel and eucalyptus, blackberries and morello cherries, pepper and vanilla, cedar wood and a touch of caramel

Poivre et Sol du Domaine François Villard is a superb Saint-Joseph, powerful and racy; it develops on notes of forest fruits, pepper and raisins. Drink with decanting or cellar for 5-8 years.

Les Brumes du Château Les Hauts de Caillevel has a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. This organic Monbazillac develops fruity aromas of peach and apricot with exotic notes of pineapple. On the palate, this Monbazillac provides sensations of candied fruit with a touch of honey.

This Cheverny from Domaine de Montcy is a fresh, cheerful organic dry white made from Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.

ThisIrouleguy blanc du domaine Bordaxuriapossesses a lovely character. On the nose, the wine develops notes of exotic fruit. The palate is lively, elegant, with fruity and mineral notes. A wine that will gain further complexity with 5-6 years of cellaring. A great success!

The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.
