A wine that will gain further complexity with 5-6 years of cellaring. At Bordaxuria, 8 hectares of vines are planted on the steep slopes of Arradoy. The estate produces superb organic red and white wines from this demanding appellation. The domaine Bordaxuria makes respect for the environment a priority. The estate began production in 2013 and is making great progress. The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.
