The chateau Yvonne was created in 1996; it occupies a total area of 2.5 hectares spread over the communes of Parnay and Montsoreau.Chateau Yvonne is a dynamic estate that excels in the Saumur and Saumur-Champigny appellations, in both white and red. Organic vineyard management at château Yvonne produces lively, rich and expressive organic wines. Controlled ageing provides the wine with excellent support. A sure value in the saumurois. The château Mazères 2020 is a great Pomerol in a great vintage . It has a pure, airy nose with soft notes of red cherry and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is elegant, resting on fine tannins and elegant silkiness. 2020 is an outstanding success, with great cellaring potential. A classic Pomerol on finesse, we love it!
