The Coteaux Bourguignons du domaine Chapuis et Chapuis are a magnificent introduction to the estate's wines. The nose of this Burgundy develops on notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry), licorice. On the palate, these light, silky tannins allow the wines to develop their full delicacy. Fruit and freshness! Superb!

Superb viognier from Domaine des Homs . A viognier full of freshness and balance. This organic wine avoids the pitfalls of many southern viogniers, while retaining balance. Excellent value for money.

Gorgeous Beaume de Venise from Domaine d'Ouréa, both fresh and fruity, with lovely aromatic intensity, without falling into heaviness. Superb for this first vintage in this color!

Cocalières blanc du Domaine D'Aupilhac has a freshness and length that characterize it. It develops aromas of white flowers and white peaches. The cuvée domaine blanc du domaine de Fontenille has a lovely fresh nose that develops on aromas of hawthorn, flowers, peach, and pear.

The cuvée domaine rouge du domaine de Fontenille possesses a powerful, fruity nose with notes of black cherries stewed with spices from a fine Syrah from the sunniest plots. Lattaque confirms the nose with greediness, roundness and concentration. A pretty substance with new notes of black fruit, giving way to freshness and variation.

The domaine de Fontenille blanc cuvée Alphonse has a superb nose on aromas of white flowers, boxwood, mint, and peach. The palate is aromatic, rich, with notes of white flowers and peach. Beautiful length for this gourmet cuvée.
