The Chablis Village du Domaine Christian Moreau is made from vines around 50 years old. The vines are located in the commune of Chablis, on the left bank of the Serein river with a south-south-east exposure in the climat des Pargues.The soil is clay-limestone of the Kimmeridgian and upper Portlandian stages. This Chablis is taut, racy and elegant. A first-rate introduction to the estate's excellent wines. The Coteaux Bourguignons du domaine Chapuis et Chapuis are a magnificent introduction to the estate's wines. The nose of this Burgundy develops on notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry), licorice. Lattaque confirms the nose with greediness, roundness and concentration. A pretty substance with new notes of black fruit, giving way to freshness and variation.

The domaine de Fontenille blanc cuvée Alphonse has a superb nose on aromas of white flowers, boxwood, mint, and peach. The palate is aromatic, rich, with notes of white flowers and peach. Beautiful length for this gourmet cuvée.
