The Calcinaires du domaine Gauby has an intensely fruity nose dominated by black fruit aromas (blackberry, blueberry). The palate is very expressive, with notes of black fruit and sweet spices. Silky tannins. The wine has a very long finish.
The Domaine Gauby, located twenty kilometers northwest of Perpignan, extends over some 85 hectares, including 45 hectares of vines up to 12 years old. A Cairanne rouge du domaine Richaud very representative of the estate. The color of this organic wine is dense with ripe red fruit. A touch of blackcurrant and morello cherry on the nose. Plenty of volume on the palate, building on the aromas of the nose, ending on a lovely, clean finish with supple tannins.

La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.
