Métisse is a superb rosé from domaine Maxime Magnon. The nose is fruity; the palate is greedy, long and complex. Maxime Magnon is one of Corbières' most talented winemakers. He manages his 14 hectares of organic vineyards. Maxime produces well-balanced Corbières, with as little intervention as possible in the cellar, and always with respect for the fruit. He has cleverly retained the best of this approach to define a style that is perfectly in place today, still characterized by great digestibility, with remarkable finesse of texture and precision of flavor.
