The Costancia cuvée from la Ferme Saint-Martin is a great Beaume de Venise from the estate's highest plots. This organic wine has a typical Syrah nose, with notes of pepper, violets and spices. The cuvée Sarah du domaine Giacometti is a superb organic red wine from Corsica. This wine has a powerful nose with notes of candied cherry, undergrowth and graphite. The palate is dense, resting on present but ripe tannins; long finish on red plum and reglisse.
