Located at 650m altitude in La Vacquerie, in the heart of the Larzac - a UNESCO World Heritage site - Mas Haut Buis has belonged to Olivier Jeantet, a self-taught and passionate winemaker, since 1999. His wines come from vines planted on the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Pégairolles and Lauroux valleys, and grown entirely organically. Dotted with olive and almond trees, some parcels are over 70 years old.
