Full-bodied, complex and long on the palate, this is a great southern wine! Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021 : 94/100Situated at 650m altitude in La Vacquerie, in the heart of the Larzac - a UNESCO World Heritage site - Mas Haut Buis has belonged to Olivier Jeantet, a passionate self-taught winemaker, since 1999. His wines come from vines planted on the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Pégairolles and Lauroux valleys, and grown entirely organically. Dotted with olive and almond trees, some plots are over 70 years old.
