It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. CloseCochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.
