This great Italian wine develops very fine, elegant aromas of violets and undergrowth, roses and berries (wild strawberries first and foremost), followed by spices. The cuvée Alio Pacto is the grand cuvée of the domaine les Capréoles. The grapes come from an old vineyard plot on a southwest-facing slope, situated on a vein of Lantignié microgranite. This plot was harvested for the first time in 2018 after several years ravaged by hail. On this plot, almost everything is done by hand. Only the best vintages will be bottled.
The wine is powerful with lots of rich fruit and very silky tannins. It will introduce you to another face of Beaujolais, produced in another way (alio pacto, in Latin), for another pleasure!

Joko from domaine Bordatto is a natural sweet wine made from old Tannat vines, mutated with Sagarno (apple) brandy. This very old vineyard, located on a mountainside, is farmed organically and worked by hand. This wine is rich, greedy and totally atypical. Enjoy it with chocolate cake!

La Haye Dampierre 2023 is the concentrated single-vineyard cuvée from Domaine Antoine Sanzay — "a high-quality micro-cuvée with excellent aging potential."
The color is deep ruby with violet highlights. The nose is very expressive, with notes of fresh black fruit, violet, and licorice. The palate is silky and dense, concentrated, with lovely freshness throughout the tasting, very subtle and well-integrated oak, and a long, lingering finish. Serve at 15–16 °C; decant.
100% organic Cabernet Franc AB 2014, tuffeau and loam, Dampierre-sur-Loire. Long maceration with indigenous yeasts, aged in oak barrels that have held 3 to 6 vintages.
Aging potential: 6–10 years.
