Domaine Matha - AOP Marcillac - Parole Libérée 2018

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

Vain de Rû is an astonishing organic wine produced by Dominique Andiran. This organic wine is fruity, lively, atypical. A natural wine from the Southwest that can be a little gassy. Don't miss it, but decanting is recommended before tasting.

Claux d'Ozon du Domaine d'Agarrus is a new cuvée from domaine d'agarrus. Serge Scherrer, who runs the domaine, has succeeded in acquiring these qualitative vines, which he has put into organic conversion. Camy 2020 du domaine de Laougué is a Madiran with great substance. This elegant wine develops on notes of very ripe red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry) typical of tannat. Silky, smooth tannins on the palate. Spicy, toasty and finely woody notes on the finish. A fine introduction to this appellation.

Roc'ambulle is the ideal aperitif or dessert wine thanks to its low alcohol content: 9.5°. It is very fragrant with its aromas of redcurrant, red berries, and the finesse of its bubbles makes it a delicate and festive wine.

The Sans Bois Ni Loi 2023 blanc du domaine Julien Auroux is a blend of sauvignon blanc and gris, vinified and aged in vats. This bergerac blanc is round and greedy, with notes of citrus and white fruit. Magnificent balance. A guaranteed favorite!
