The Fergaria cuvée from the Domaine de Cébène has delicate smoky aromas that hint at the best that Mourvèdre can give on this schist terroir, with fruitiness that's not overly exuberant. This cuvée les Longeroies du domaine Jean Fournier is superb in 2022. It expresses itself on notes of red fruit, zan, blackcurrant burgundy. The smooth texture is very silky and gives a lot of femininity to this organic wine, even though it has a nice structure.
