cuvée 100% vieux cinsaults produced by the Domaine D'Aupilhac

is a real treat. This wine features aromas of red fruits, cherries and morello cherries. It's very greedy, with a fresh finish. The whole is underpinned by very soft tannins. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, but also with white meats or grilled red meats.

The cuvée Cave Vinum du Mas de Libian is typical of southern whites. The palate is round and fresh, declining on a very fragrant fruitiness of white fruits and citrus. A gourmet white to enjoy with vegetables or grilled fish.

Gaudry'olle du domaine Vincent Gaudry is a gourmet, accessible sauvignon, all freshness. It develops notes of citrus and flint. A lovely bottle for aperitifs, fish and cheese!

This Apremont from domaine Giachino possesses a magnificent mineral and fruity nose: a real breath of fresh air. The palate is initially explosive, lively and lemony; this organic Savoy wine has great substance and develops on notes of bergamot, pineapple and elderberry. A magnificent wine with traditional Savoy dishes, but don't hesitate to enjoy it with seafood like a pan-fried langoustine, for example.

The Cuvée Champtoise du domaine Sérol is a 100% chenin white! Produced from young vines, this cuvée features notes of pear, pomelo and flint. A velvety mouthfeel! Drink over 5 years!

The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.

The Cuvée Au Coeur de Ventabren from Domaine Pique-Basse comes from plots of Syrah planted in 1975 in the foothills of the Ventabren massif at a place called "Croix de Cornu" with clay soil (a mixture of yellow and white marls) naturally giving a low yield of 30 hectoliters per hectare. The color is dark, almost black, with blood-red highlights. The nose opens with smoky notes of black pepper and blond tobacco, followed by mineral aromas and well-integrated wood. The palate, all spicy length, is perfectly matched by the freshness of smooth, taut, still-tight tannins.

Magnificent Menetou-Salon blanc 2023 from domaine Philippe Gilbert, both gourmand and chiseled in this elegant, straightforward vintage. Superb, beautifully mature Sauvignon. This organic white wine seduces with its aromas of fresh fruit (lemon and green apple), combined with delicate floral notes and a marked minerality. On the palate, it's lively and chiselled, with a lovely tension that gives it great freshness.

The Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Corps de Garde Blanc from the domaine Goisot is a gastronomic dry white wine. Its bouquet reveals toasty, zang, cinnamon and very ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, this biodynamic wine reveals itself to be both powerful and elegant, quite simply a great Chardonnay!

The cuvée Les Ormeaux du Clos Puy Arnaud comes from vines with an average age of 30 years. A Cotes de Castillon partially aged in barrel and endowed with fine substance: gourmandise and complexity for this vintage that is slowly reaching its peak.

Cabretta du Mas d'Alezon is an organic dry white from Faugères. Its nose develops notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear), candied orange and fresh butter. On the palate, this wine combines attractive fruit and freshness, all resting on a fine body. Superb length for this great gastronomic wine.

Pomarèdes du domaine de Clovallon is a pinot noir with a beautiful personality. This biodynamic wine from the orb valley is barrel-aged: it develops notes of red fruits, spices; the finish is fresh and elegant.

La cuvée Vieilles Vignes du Clos des Quarterons is a beautifully rich Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. After 1 to 3 hours decanting, this cuvée reveals candied cherry and prune notes. Good length for this cuvée, which can be enjoyed with white meat or a fine cheese.

This Saint-Nicolas Bourgueil is a very rich wine.

La complantation is a superb white produced by the domaine Marcel Deiss. Elegant and fruity, it will be ideal as an aperitif or with a nice fish. This organic wine is made from a blend of 13 grape varieties: riesling, pinot and gewurztraminer combine with outstanding harmony and elegance. Superb!

A magnificent dry white from Provence, this Château Grand boise blanc sec: it develops citrus aromas, notes of white flowers and fennel, intermixed with white-fleshed fruit. Freshness, fruit and length will accompany home-cooked, seasonal cuisine.
