Château de Caraguilhes - Vin de France - Cochon Volant white 2022

The domaine Les Genestas produces a magnificent Côtes du Rhône Villages Sinargues, made from syrah and grenache. The wine is soft, gourmand, resting on discreet tannins. The alcohol is well integrated into the wine and does not stand out during tasting. Good value for money.

Solus blanc du Chateau de Caraguilhes is a superb white Corbières: the balanced organic wine develops on notes of fresh lemon and grapefruit, then white flowers and redcurrants. Long finish on fresh damandes notes.

Les Gourgoules du Château de Caraguilhes is a superb Corbière: powerful, spicy and refined, it's the ideal companion to grilled meats. On the palate, the attack of this organic wine is silky with notes of pepper, blackberry and black olive that underline the fleshy side of this wine. The tannins give the wine excellent hold, reinforcing its overall balance. On the palate, we find the freshness of our Caraguilhes terroir, of which this wine is a modern expression. An elegant, spirited wine. Good value for money.

Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality.
